Before Leadsagna:
Pelvi began as an idea from two experienced physiotherapists who wanted to digitize the assessment and treatment process for their patients.
They needed a structured SaaS platform where users could complete a guided questionnaire, receive an automated treatment plan, and access visual exercises through interactive animation.
As clinicians rather than developers, they faced major challenges — no product strategy, no market validation, and no digital infrastructure to support scalable growth.

SaaS Platform Development
We designed and built the entire Pelvi.app platform — from the patient questionnaire (≈20 questions) to a dynamic prescription and treatment plan generator.
Each section was tested through strict Quality Control (QC) cycles to ensure medical accuracy and seamless UX.
Interactive Treatment Design
To make the treatment experience more engaging, we created custom cartoon characters and visual exercise animations representing physiotherapy techniques in an approachable way.
